About the project
Welcome to the web page of Connect•PD!
The goal of the Connect-PD project is to improve the democratic participation of the youth in their municipalities, facilitating the dialogue between the youth and the local authorities.
The specific goals of the project are: to create a network of different institutions in the youth area, to learn from experiences and good practice in participative democracy in other European countries, and put into practice and disseminate these new ways of participation.
The lenght of the project is 18 months, with the 1st of April 2009 begin the starting date, and the 30th of September 2010 the ending date.

First meeting in Cieza
Cieza received 14 Italian and Polish young people from 29th June to 4th July 2009 (more information…).
